1. Service Terms
1.1 The "Live Training Service" comprises a number of training sessions to which the Customer may send a number of attendees up to the number specified in the Order Form.
1.2 The subject of the training sessions shall be as specified in the Order Form.
2. Cancellation
2.1 Notwithstanding the General Terms, at any time prior to its commencement, the Customer may cancel a training session upon written notice to Safecall. If a training session is cancelled:
(a) less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time then 100% of the Charges for the session shall remain payable; or
(b) less than five (5) days but at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time then 50% of the Charges for the session shall remain payable.
