Kelly Stobbs

Kelly brings more than 10 years’ legal experience, in private practice as an M&A lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills, in-house as a corporate and finance senior executive at HSBC, and latterly as a legal and tax director at Deloitte.

Her legal career has encompassed the likes of selling Harrods for the Al Fayed Group, being one of the key lawyers in HSBC’s ring-fencing scheme and group resolution and recovery planning and finally one of the directors tasked with setting up Deloitte’s new legal offering.  All roles required key stakeholder management including reporting into Group Boards and significant regulatory engagement.
