Chief Technology Officer

David joined Law Debenture, Safecall’s parent company, in 2019.  David has a long and illustrious career in technology and latterly financial services.  Starting as an engineer with Marconi Radar David became a software developer and took his first CTO post with Marshall Wace and was responsible for delivering the TOPS trading system in 2001.  Subsequently David became the CTO of Tibra Capital, a high frequency trading firm and occupied a number of roles with Link Asset Services.

David is responsible for the technology which underpins operational and client activity.
