Our ‘Integrity Service ’ is an alert system that is available 24/7 for employees, stakeholders and business partners who would like to file a concern, either verbally or in writing.

Volcke Aerosol strives to conduct our business in a safe, honest and ethical manner at all times. We see this as essential in building trust with our employees, stakeholders and business partners. To achieve this we have established a Code of Conduct/Ethics* which sets the standard for our behaviour and performance.

We feel that we achieve these standards for the majority of the time, however we understand that it is possible on occasion to fall short. In the spirit of being open and trustworthy we want to know of any breaches of applicable laws, regulations or our Code of Conduct/Ethics*.

This will allow us to fix any problems, continually improve and become a more sustainable business. If you are aware of any inappropriate behaviour, you are encouraged to “Speak up” and report it.

This may be a matter related to a variety of ethics, integrity and compliance issues such as:

  • Bribery, fraud or corruption
  • Unsafe practices
  • Environmental concerns
  • Criminal offence
  • Breach of legal, regulatory or professional obligations
  • Harassment and discriminatory behaviour
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Business ethics
  • Human rights infringement
  • Wrongdoing

We want to ensure you can raise such concerns with confidence in a manner that you are comfortable with.
The first point of contact to raise any concerns should be your line manager. If this is not possible you can report to HR or
any senior member of staff.

We understand that it is not always easy or comfortable to report matters in this way. When this is the case the “Speak up” service provided by Safecall is here to help.

Safecall is an independent, impartial, externally run whistleblowing service. It enables you to report serious concerns related to Volcke Aerosol in a safe and secure manner. All communications to Safecall are treated on a strictly confidential basis.

Reporters can be Anonymous, Semi-Anonymous or Named.

Once you’ve raised a report you will be given a single-use password and anonymous reporters will receive a unique username to log back in.

You are encouraged to put your name to any report you make as all reports are treated confidentially and while reports made without giving a name will be considered, they may be difficult to investigate fully. 

Reports will be forwarded by Safecall to the Integrity Team at Volcke Aerosol.   

Volcke Aerosol will take every necessary measure to keep your name confidential, consistent with the needs of the investigation. Similarly, any individuals named and/or involved in the concern that has been raised will be treated respectfully and confidentially.

The company will behave positively towards any persons reporting in good faith.

The privacy and the security of your information are important to us. The policy of Volcke Aerosol is to respect and protect the privacy of the users of our “Speak-up” Integrity Service. 

We will not disclose individually identifiable information about our employees, business partners or other third party users of the service without first receiving that user's permission. The only exclusion being specific requests to comply with legal obligations.

When you use the “Speak-up” service, Volcke Aerosol are the controller of your data.

The recipients of personal data will be authorised personnel involved in the receipt or investigation of the concern raised.

No personal data will be transferred outside the EU/UK.
