In BRT S.p.A. e nelle società controllate e collegate (di seguito, per brevità, “BRT”), tutti i nostri dipendenti e le terze parti possono segnalare eventuali presunte o effettive violazioni dei valori e principi definiti nel Codice di Condotta di BRT, nei Modelli di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo n. 231/2001 (di seguito, per brevità, i “Modelli Organizzativi 231”) adottati da BRT e dalle Società del Gruppo, nel Sustainable Procurement Charter di Geopost, nonché delle normative e dei regolamenti applicabili e/o delle politiche e procedure di BRT e/o di Geopost.

Per consentire a tutti i soggetti interessati di dare voce alle proprie segnalazioni, abbiamo istituito il presente sistema di Whistleblowing.

Le informazioni fornite tramite il presente sistema di Whistleblowing sono accessibili:

• prioritariamente a Safecall, per verificare che le informazioni siano complete e richiederti eventuali informazioni aggiuntive, se necessario;
• successivamente da parte dell’Ethics Officer di BRT e da ogni altro soggetto autorizzato a gestire questo tipo di segnalazioni in BRT.

Tutte le informazione che comunichi tramite la presente piattaforma di Whistleblowing, ad esempio i tuoi dati personali o le informazioni relative alla segnalazione, sono strettamente confidenziali e protette da rischi di perdita e/o diffusione non autorizzata.

You can choose to remain anonymous or to identify yourself.

The information you provide through the present whistleblowing system can be accessed:

• first by Safecall, to check the information are complete and ask you additional information if needed;
• secondly, by the Ethics Officer of BRT and any other person authorised to handle alerts within BRT.

All information you communicate through the present Whistleblowing platform, such as your identity or the information relating to your alert for example is strictly confidential and protected with regards to its integrity.
